Miss Jessie's has been baking cookies in Chicago for decades. Every batch is mixed by hand, portioned by hand, and pulled out of the oven the moment they are ready. Never a day early. Never a shortcut.

Every order is made fresh. These simple terms reserve kitchen time, prevent payment mistakes, and set clear expectations for pickup and shipping.

Pickup orders

50% deposit to reserve

After Angelo confirms the order in writing, a 50% deposit reserves the pickup date. The remaining balance is due at pickup before the order is released.

Please do not send a deposit before confirmation.

Shipped orders

Paid before baking

The full product total and confirmed shipping charge are due before baking begins. Shipping dates are estimates; carrier delays can occur after an order leaves our care.

Changes, quality & privacy

Made-to-order protection

Because baked goods are made to order and perishable, payments become non-refundable once preparation begins. If Miss Jessie's cannot fulfill a confirmed order, the customer receives a refund.

Report an incorrect or damaged order within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. This site uses optional Google Analytics only with consent and does not sell personal information.
